Introduction

The Mental Health and Counselling Committee is constituted with the objective to promote emotional well-being, emotional intelligence, strengthen interpersonal relationships and tolerance among all stakeholders. The Committee plans, coordinates and organizes activities with the assistance of external experts.

Our Objectives

  • identigy and invite suitable experts in the field of Mental Health and Counselling
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and one-on-one counselling for students, staff and faculty
  • To enhance awareness and understanding of mental health through outreach, resources, and preventive initiatives.

Conducted twice a week, students can book appointments directly with our counsellors for personalised support.

All information shared during sessions remains completely confidential, fostering a safe environment for open dialogue.
